Injection molding
We produce molded plastic toy parts from approved tooling. Material, part requirements and production quantities are reviewed for each project before production.
02 · In our factory
Painting & printing
Our decoration processes include spray painting, pad printing and heat transfer. We review your artwork, colors and finish requirements to determine a suitable production approach.
03 · In our factory
Assembly & packing
We bring molded and decorated parts together, then pack the finished products according to the agreed requirements. We also coordinate shipment and import/export arrangements.
Development & tooling
Development support
When needed, paid specialist partners assist with 3D modelling, structural refinement and design-for-manufacturing work.Partner-made molds
All molds are made by partner mold makers. Fortune Toys compares quotations and coordinates tooling; we do not operate an in-house mold workshop.
